Terms & Conditions

1. Offers: All offers can't be used in conjunction with any other offer. We have the right to withdraw offers at any time. The Hair Offer only applies to colours or cuts. Colours must have a cut and blow dry to receive the discount.

2. All of our services are non refundable but will be corrected until the client in 100% satisfied. If you have any issues with treatments you have received they must be reported with in 2 weeks for hair and 1 week for beauty.

3. All of our retail products purchased are non refundable for health and safety purposes. 

​

4. Patch testing is required for most of our treatments 48 hours before, by proceeding with our treatments you take full responsibility for any repercussions that may occur.

5. Pricing: Please note we also may not have all levels stated on the price list available. 

​

6. We have the right to amend the terms and conditions and price list at any time.

7. Booking an appointment: By booking an appointment you are to give true and accurate details and is to be updated if not current.

8. Reviews and Feedback: All reviews and feedback must be 100% accurate. We have the right to use, publish, distribute, and display the content throughout the internet and social media. 

 

9. Our Cancellation Policy

When booking an appointment with us please understand we have a 48hour cancellation policy that applies from when the appointment is booked.

We send you an email 48 before so if you need to change/cancel your appointment please call immediately within the hour of receiving the email or charges will apply.

All appointments cancelled/changed within 48hours will be charged 50% of the appointment, this includes no shows. 

When booking an appointment, a deposit is required per service to secure your appointment. Appointments will not be booked without a deposit. Deposits are non refundable but are transferable as long as its more then 48 hours notice.
